Annual Boiler and Furnace Preventative Maintenance
All zone valves/T-stats exercised to ensure normal operation. Any inoperable valves or thermostats are replaced. Temperature is taken at register outputs. Filters are exchanged.

Heat exchanger is dismantled and manually cleaned
